RGBP feet header jpegWhen you join the ring, we hope you will add our button to your blog or website. Click on the picture to get its URL and link back to us here at revgalblogpals.org. Instructions for adding the button to your blog or site are below.

If you already have the button, and want to change the URL, edit your Gadget or Widget to change the Link to http://revgalblogpals.org.

On WordPress:

First, go to your WordPress dashboard. Choose Appearance, then Widgets. From the Widgets list, choose Image and drag it to the sidebar listing wherever you want the button to be.
For Widget Title, type RevGalBlogPals.
For Image URL, paste this: https://revgalblogpals.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/rgbp-feet-header-jpeg3.jpg
For Image Alignment, it should default to None, but if not, use the dropdown to fix it.
Then for Link URL, paste this: https://revgalblogpals.org/
Save, and Close, and you’re all set!

On Blogger:

Here are instructions for adding (or updating) our button in Blogger.
First, go to your Blogger dashboard. Choose Layout, then Add a Gadget. From the Gadget list, choose Image.
For Title, type RevGalBlogPals.
For Caption, you can leave it blank.
For Link, paste this: https://revgalblogpals.org/
For Image, choose From the web, then paste this: https://revgalblogpals.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/rgbp-feet-header-jpeg3.jpg
Check the box Shrink to Fit.
Click Save. The Gadget Window will close.
On your layout page, drag the gadget to the place you want it in your sidebar. Then at the top of the page, click on Save Arrangement. Voila! You have the button!

On Typepad:

First, go to your Typepad dashboard. Choose Design, then Content, then Widgets. From the Widgets list, choose Add A Sidebar Image and then Add this Module.
For Widget Title, type RevGalBlogPals.
For Target URL, paste this: https://revgalblogpals.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/rgbp-feet-header-jpeg3.jpg
Then for Link URL, paste this: https://revgalblogpals.org/
There you are, Typepadders!

Our RevGalBlogPals button was designed by Bruce Gilmore to celebrate our longstanding tradition of taking Pheetos, pictures of the feet of RevGals gathered for formal events or informal get-togethers. The circle of bare feet represents our collaborative community and our sense that wherever RevGalBlogPals meet, face-to-face or in cyberspace, we stand on holy ground.

  1. This isn’t working for me now. The URL is what shows up in my widget bar, not the picture. What am I doing wrong? It used to be a text box widget. Is it something else now?
