For well-meaning service personnel who say to a pastor with a funeral on Saturday and two services on Sunday, “Hey! It’s almost the weekend!”… we pray to the Lord.

For those who joke about “other duties as assigned” with out knowing it’s all “duties”, all the time… we pray to the Lord.

For those of us who grumble on Saturday night, again, for the 500th time… we pray to the Lord.

For the people who truly believe that pastors only work on Sunday… we pray to the Lord.

For a quiet moment to rest and feel the Presence around us… we pray to the Lord.
