I am just going to say it, God.
It’s a gorgeous, sun dappled day here in New England.
I mean, it is really over the top beautiful.
I am grateful, for this gift of natural earth love.
And I do not feel anywhere near as bright and quiet as the leaves on the trees outside of my window that hold all that sun in, bursting in burnished gold, copper orange, and toasted red.
Actually, I am feeling pretty grey today. Grey with lingering frustration, pieces of cynicism, and leftover traces of withering sadness~~
it’s as if there is a collective raising of hackles in the world, and my energy is spent in not succumbing to raising my own.
Perhaps it is time for me to close this damn computer, and walk outside, and sit on the bench outside, to let You bathe me in warmth and sunshine and hope.
