When the decline starts or the end nears, give us strength in our souls that we never knew existed. May we be clear in our decisions and may we accept help when offered.

When the end hovers over us, may your peace sustain us and walk with us in our grief.

  1. God of watching and waiting
    Living and dying
As your beloved takes leave of this life
Lift him and his family to new
Let his exhale be with you
Let our inhale be with you
    Fulfill your promise
    God of watching and waiting
