God whose nature is bigger than our imagination,
We give you thanks for the gift of our friends and family who are bisexual.
We thank you that your creativity is beyond binaries.
Bisexual people, within your glorious creation, are witnesses to grace, mercy, and welcome in the entirety of their lives- vocations, avocations, and recreation.
Help us to celebrate their uniqueness, to listen to their stories, and to trust their truth as it is located within the Divine.
Stir up in us the grace and faithfulness to see them, hear them, and to yield to their own work toward visibility.
In this week of Bisexual Awareness, we dare to ask that, for Christ’s own sake, our bi friends would not be tokens or curiosities to us, nor that they would be overtasked with explaining themselves.
We pray for their safety, their inclusion, their visibility, their wholeness, and their welcome in all places.
