fluseasonOh Lord,
You remind us to rest
and wait upon you,
but Lord,
I am learning
I am not very good
at either of these things.

So teach me,
in my restlessness
to see your quiet faithfulness,
and to know your blessed peace.
And show me,
in my impatience,
that you bring your word in due season,
and your timing is always perfect.
I can only walk this journey
with you.
There is no other way.

Thank you for the breadth of your love
and the infinite grace you swirl around me
day after day

Amen.
And Amen.
