In this early autumn season of my life,
God I give gratitude for being able to grow into my soul.
Through the nudging winds of your Spirit, I continue to exercise my spiritual muscles.
Through the stretching of my soul, my voice is now beginning to match the authentic self you created.
Continue to bulk up my spirit.
Lead me to experiences that are slightly uncomfortable so that my soul develops in the ways you need.
May we grow together, Personal Trainer of the Soul, so that we can continue to build a world of justice and love.
