Quiet Space; Holy Isle; Lamlash, Isle of Arran. Where the writer spent Holy time just a week ago

Holy One,
Sometimes all we need is a moment
One, precious moment,
to centre
to focus
to pause…

And sometimes what we need is a whole day, a week, a month – all the time in the world, as we struggle to find peace with you.

Most of the time, life is somewhere in between
Between the crazy and the calm
between the loud and the silent
between the focused and the distracted
between God and my soul
God and my soul

Precious Holy
I invite you today
To be
In
My
Soul

Be. In. Me.
Amen.
