For this new chapter of my life, Divine Designer, I pray this day-
For my new desk and new pens and new office, I ask for blessings. May these spaces be one in which I can bring peace into the world.
For my new pulpit and new sanctuary and new flock, I give joy. May we share love with one another, with the community, and with the world.
For my new home and new friends, I give gratitude. May my times and places of sabbath be ones of joy.
For all of this, I give thanks, God. Remove my anxiety and allow this to be a season of abundant possibilities.
Amen.
