Holy Love,
You beckon to me in my breath
to take another or four more deep ones.
My heart is full,
and it needs
to settle
and sort
and allow for all of the newness to sink in,
finding it’s place in the folds of my soul and mind.
Holy Wonder,
In the fade of this afternoon,
there is a sweet empty space
to marvel in the complexity and beauty
of those around me,
(and I include the trees outside my window in the company of “those”).
I have no words. Only gratitude for this moment, this now.
Amen
