Precious One,
The scent of the Mock Orange fills my senses
Such heady scents,
Made by you, for us to enjoy.

The rosy dawn, greets the day,
Filling my sight,
Filling my heart, with love for you.

The realities of home seem far away,
And yet, in this marvellous world,
You have given us the skills for
Distant travel,
Knowledge of others…
Pray, we may use these gifts wisely,
Not squandering opportunities, but allowing you,
To show us hidden beauty,
Unknown allies,
And unexpected opportunities.

Whether we are home, or far away,
May we remember,
You, and you alone, created all that we have,
And you, and you alone,
Are the One, who calls, empowers, enriches our lives,

We thank you.
