Bless this church this day, O God. Inspire all greetings. Welcome each visitor. Comfort each weeper. Share with each rejoicer. Parent each child. Accompany the lonely. Include each person.
Bless this church this day, O God. Inspire all conversation. Direct each bit of business. Guide each person in talking–and listening. Hand out empathy (if not solutions!) Temper each temper. Soften each word. Warm each heart.
