I don’t know God.
I am not feeling it, or You today.
It’s me, I know.
Here’s the thing–
I want to ask You
what the hell is going to happen with this mess we are in with the climate crisis?
Not to mention, all the other dysfunction and inhumanity and crabbiness and selfishness and pettiness and beyond.  You know what I am talking about.  Honestly, I am starting to get the Flood story more and more these days.

I don’t know how to speak of hope today, God.
All I know is to cling to others who dream, who love, who create, whose hands and hearts I can hold in mine.
