Help us to stop. Now!
Stop our pillaging of the earth for our comfort
Stop our polluting the air with our poison
Stop our scapegoating and warmongering
Stop our putting profit before people
Stop our othering
Stop our dehumanizing
Stop our playing god
Please, God, help us!
Stop. Us.
In this season of Epiphany – the season of light, of knowing, of seeing
May we reach for and embrace the help you give while becoming living, loving sources of help and disruption in order to begin healing the world you so love
The world you gifted with an abiding love wrapped in the flesh of a baby whose birth we seek to celebrate in every season and whose ministry we seek to emulate every day
