Dear God-
It feels like another day- one more list of things to do, one more attempt to be mindful, a few more meals, reminders of what I haven’t accomplished.
I hate to let any time go by without recognizing the beauty of the world, the possibilities of hope, the grace of moments.
Unfortunately, though, I just cannot do that today. I don’t have the energy.
I don’t even have have the will to ask for the energy.
Truth be told, I don’t have the energy to ask for the will.
Sustain me, please, through this season that I may again soon rise to joy and praise.
Amen.
