Ahhh… how is it Monday again?
Sweet Holy, what is happening to my time line?
Where are all my anchor points gone?
It feels like a million years since I was able to go freely,
since I was able to offer contact, real connection,
It feels like an eternity…
And yet, you who created the stars and the universe,
You who knit me together,
who took all the disparate pieces and created something beautiful,
you see it all,
All time,
All places,
All history,
You took the pieces of the patchwork,
and made beauty
Help us to see the beauty around us
in the people, in the views, in every moment.
Help us, to take each day, each moment, for what it is,
and, when we feel overwhelmed, or empty,
hold us awhile, until we feel ready to move again.
Help us to know that is is alright to stop, to pause,
to take breath and simply be for awhile, safe in your arms of love
Amen
