Breath.
Breath in the cool morning air.
Breath.
Summer is nearly over in this part of the world.
The plants and grasses are looking tired, hot.
A change is in the air.
Breath it in.
Sadly the virus continuous to plague us
Anger is aroused as some comply and others won’t
Should schools return to in person?
Get your flu shot early
It’s gonna be a bad season
For flu and COVID.
Breath.
Breath in the cool morning air.
Hope.
We the people,
Begins the preamble to the Constitution of the USA.
It didn’t mean all the people in the 1700’s.
But now we are hopping that these words
Can build on a more expansive intention.
All the people, we. All.
Breath.
There is lots of anxiety
And fear.
Breath.
There is work to be done.
Breath.
May God be our guide.
Love one another as
God loves.
My prayer today is a breath prayer.
Breathe, take a deep breath.
And exhale slowly.
Amen.
