Creation reminds us we are a part of something magnificent and awesome
In this there is great responsibility and accountability
To you, Creator
To your people
All your people
All of creation
May we take the time to listen to what creation is telling us today, God
May we be present to her groans
May we offer ourselves as stewards and relinquish our need to control
*
Creation reminds us of the significance of changing seasons
In this there is wonderful possibility and promise
For true justice
Audacious joy
Everlasting love
And a peace that surpasses all understanding
May we take the time to listen to what creation is telling us today, God
May we be present to her wisdom
May we open ourselves to being transformed by what we learn and reaffirm our call to abundant life
Abundant life
Abundant life for all
All creation
All of us
*
For creation will not have it any other way
Amen and amen

Amen. “I’m not aware” can hide “I don’t want to know ” the introvert’s version of “I don’t care.”
