“Lo, the apostolic train join, thy sacred name to hallow, prophets swell the glad the refrain, and the white robed martyrs follow; and from dawn till set of sun, through the Church, the song goes on.”

Gild our hearts, paint our souls, beribbon our prayers as they make their way to you. Give our songs wings so that you may hear our prayers in your highest heaven; your whole Church crying out:

Make us a people of peace.

Make us a people of justice.

And Lord, the hardest of all, make us a people of love.

Amen.
