Thank you for the gift of green and growing things.
Thank you for the pastel painted sky as I drove to outdoor worship yesterday, for a throat scratchy from singing and a mind that remembers Messiah choruses to sing them by heart.
Thank you for showing up when I can’t find you, for making me gasp at the beauty of your things and your people and the rituals we have created for you.

Thank you for the pretzel stick a little girl shared with me, chubby fist digging in the baggie, the salt on my fasting tongue, as another little girl was baptized into your family.
Thank you for the Eucharist in pretzel salt and red little girl sandals, thank you for sending your Spirit, for not leaving me here; thank you for moving even me.
Come, Holy Spirit.
Veni Sancte Spiritus.
Amen
