Holy One,
We watch and wait for our expected guest, one that has been delayed by a global pandemic, flights being cancelled, and now the weather!
We watch and wait in anticipation of a joyous reunion, a time to circle close and cherish each moment.

But Holy One,
I also realize that YOU are always our unseen Guest, our ever-present Guide and Comforter. I do not always remember you are present, waiting, offering, and nudging us to awareness.

Spirit,
you are welcome in this place. May your love overflow and refine us that we may show hearts full of welcome for ALL your children.

Amen. Blessed be.
