God of our bodies, and minds, and souls:
We often don’t know when to stop. We often push when our bodies say slow and our minds are hurting.
In all of this, you hope for our wellness. You call for us to proper rest and care.
May we honor our mental health in our work and play. May we craft time to strengthen our bodies.
