God of the Racing Minds and the Calm Hearts-
Divine Wonder, how is it that that anxiety continues to overtake us? How is it that so many of us all over this planet are fixated on our own concerns, drowning in their our privileges, forgetting our connection to many others?
As my mind jumps from here to here to here to there, be a soothing balm in these anxious times. As the various energies in the world clash with one another, gather us into your arms as your human family. May your lens help us to see the deep concerns we each hold in our hearts. May our neighbors’ stories fill us with a sense of understanding.
Today is a wonderful day to begin the process of understanding, peace, and healing. Every morning is an amazing chance to reverse hate and love with our words and actions. Help us to find that courage to begin again.
Amen.
