God,

How are you?

What’s up?

How are you feeling?

I myself am a little overwhelmed. The news cycle in the United States has been overwhelming with Gun Violence, upon Gun Violence with a background of European war, in the landscape of Covid.

The Politics continue to be…..unhelpful.

And life seems somehow to go on God?

And its mystifying, to be honest.

I think not a lot of people have the time to sit and ask deep theological questions.

So….

here I am God.

What is going on?

Why is life like this?

You do know we are trying to fix and change things right?

Can I poke you more about this stuff later, please?

Cause I’m not satisfied with where things are right now.

And I personally think that, even though we are human, maybe we can do better, hopefully we can do better.

Please help us to do better.

Thanks God.

Talk to you soon.

Love you.

Amen.
