Divine Breath of Wellness,
As our bodies ache of illnesses or our hurt from injuries, we seek your comforting presence. As our minds race from anxiety or tire from depression, we seek your care.
Oh how we wish these bodies and minds of ours would be superhuman! And yet, in our vulnerability, we reach out to you to bring our minds and bodies peace that only comes from you.
May your voice reach into each cell, each neuron, each organ to alleviate pain and, if possible, help us find health again. And if complete healing isn’t our path, may our bodies experience the least amount of pain possible.
Amen.
