This was the first Nativity scene I ever had. My cousin Margaret sent it to me from France when I was in first grade. I still put it out every year, a tradition I love. (Notice how Mary is holding baby Jesus!)

I am going to play here: 5 things about Christmas.
1. I always open my presents early. This year is no exception.
2. I am looking forward to all of our services of worship.
3. I am not looking forward to the rain and wind that is predicted.
4. My puppy has eaten approximately 1/3 of our Christmas Tree Ornaments.
5. Ergo, therefore, we are taking the tree down early. At least the ornaments.
