Thank you for a new day
Thank you for time to pray
Thank you for the sun that chases the blues away
Thank you for seedlings breaking through the soil and the blossoms adding colors to the trees
Thank you for the sound of the birds outside my window (not so much the poop on my car)
Thank you for each breath
There is so much to pray for dear God, so much…
But right now, I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you.
May my living this day be a sacrifice of praise and gratitude.
Amen.
