no

Dear Friend,

My prayers have been absent for a few weeks. I don’t know what to say to you

but you know what I am thinking anyway.

I am SO ANGRY.

And I am very tired.

and the only word I can think is NO.

No, no no No!

I have to do something, but nothing feels like enough

I am trying to take care of myself and of others in my life

while the world has turned upside down every day for the past week and a half.

I am just one of many who could write these same words. With far less to complain of than most.

Help me be your person in the world today.

Help me remember to turn to you first, last, always.

Thank you.
