Wednesday Prayer

Creator of all, as the seasons turn,

as the planet turns, we are awed again as spring or fall comes.

Turn us, too, we pray, to new seasons of justice, of awareness, of kindness.

Bring seasons of hope to the suffering, strength to the overwhelmed,

purpose to the angry, and health to the ill. 

We crave your gift of new seasons, within and without. 

In hope, Amen.
